双水平气道正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨双水平气道正压(BiPAP)通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及护理。方法选取均给予常规治疗的120例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为二组,其中治疗组60例,同时采用BiPAP通气治疗。观察二组患者治疗前后动脉血气(ABG)指标变化以及病死率。结果治疗组住院病死率下降,血气指标改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 BiPAP通气是治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的有效方法,及时合理有效的护理对患者的治疗是重要的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bilevel positive air pressure （BiPAP） ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD ） complicated by respiratory failure and the nursing care. Methods 120 patients with COPD complicated by respiratory failure,received the conventional therapies,were devided into two groups randomly. At the same time,60 patients in the treatment group were treated with BiPAP ventilation. Arterial blood gas （ABG）, the in- hospital mortality were investigated. Results The treatment group in hospital mortality drop, improved flesh index. There was statistically significant differences compared with controls （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion BiPAP ventilation is effective for COPD patients with respiratory failure, so reasonable and effective nursing care is important for patients treatment.
