摘　　要：通过对通用装备保障训练内容需求的内涵及研究目的意义的阐述，在分析国内外典型的军事需求分析方法的基础上，结合保障训练实际，提出基于任务＋能力的通用装备保障训练内容需求分析模型，重点描述了该模型从保障任务一保障训练构想一任务要素一能力领域一能力要素一能力差距一训练内容需求确定的需求分析过程，得出了该模型具有满足未来作战要求，提升训练内容适应性、全面性、可持续性等优点，为装备保障训练建设发展提供方法和决策支持。Through elaborating the connotation of the general equipment support training contents requirement and the re- search meaning, combined with support training actuality, this paper established the requirement analysis model of general equipment support training contents based on mission ＋ capability and analysis of typical military requirement method at home and abroad, gave out the model analytical process from support mission, support training speculation, mission factor, capability realm, capability factor, capability margin to the establish of training contents requirement The results show that the model can meet the needs of future war and can promote the adaptability, comprehensive, sustainability of training contents and so on, provide method and decision support for the development of equipment support training.
