摘  要:在植物信号转导途径中,钙离子作为第二信使,参与调控了大多数细胞生理代谢的过程。大量实验研究表明:钙信号同时参与植物与病原菌互作的信号转导过程。综述了近几年来植物在抗病反应过程中钙信号的产生、起到的作用及下游靶蛋白是如何解码的,并就存在的问题做出了展望。Calcium, as a second messenger, participates in the regulation of physiological metabolism of most cells through the pathway of plant signal transduction. Many research suggested that the Ca2+ messenger system also involved in the signal transduction process of the interaction between plant and pathogen. Here, the generation procedure and function of the specific Ca2+ and how the downstream target protein recognize the Ca2+ during the resistance process of plant against pathogen were reviewed. The prospects were provided based on the current problems.
