摘　　要：为促进无公害农产品事业的快速健康发展,做好获证后无公害农产品监管工作。在分析目前无公害农产品监管现状的基础上,介绍了无公害农产品监管依据、主要监管措施及工作体系保障,分析了无公害农产品监管工作的现状和存在问题。针对性的提出了健全监管队伍,加强依法监管等措施,并提出了"依法监管、科学监管、风险防范、可追溯管理"的建议。In this context, based on the regulation status of the safe agricultural products in China recently, it had already introduced the regulation foundations of safe agricultural products, key measures of regulation and guaranteed of working system. It had also highlighted the current situation and existing weaknesses of regulation works of safe agricultural products. It had provided the measures accordingly, for example, it improved the regulation team, strengthening regulation by law and so on. Finally, it had shown the management ideas which were ＂regulation by law, scientific regulation, prevention of risks and traceability management＂.
