苏州与沪、甬、深吸引外资研发中心创新环境的比较研究

摘　　要：文章将吸引外资研发中心的区域创新环境分为硬环境和软环境,系统对比研究了苏州与上海、宁波、深圳在吸引外资研发中心创新环境方面的各项指标,分析了苏州存在的优势和劣势,通过比较研究提出了优化苏州创新环境的思路。In this paper, the innovation environment for attracting foreign R＆D center is divided into hardware and software environment. By comparison of the index system of innovation environment between Suzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen, this paper studies the advantages and shortages of innovation environment in Suzhou, and proposes some suggestions of optimization innovation environment of Suzhou.
