我国制造型企业对外直接投资对其生产运营管理的反馈机制研究

摘　　要：随着全球化的不断深入,中国企业逐渐开始走向海外,进行对外直接投资活动。文章通过对万向集团、吉利集团案例的分析,从获取技术专利、管理经验、品牌声誉、自然资源四种战略资源的角度详细分析了制造型企业在新产品开发、供应链管理、生产管理和质量管理等生产运营管理方面产生的反馈作用,并具体分析了每个反馈过程的机制。研究发现,获取被并购企业技术专利、管理经验和品牌声誉对生产运营管理的不同方面具有反馈效应,而通过案例研究并没有发现自然资源对我国制造型生产运营管理产生的反馈作用。With the deepening of globalization, Chinese enterprises are gradually going aboard to conduct outward direct investment.Through the case study of Wanxiang Group and Geely Group, the paper analyzes the feedback on new product development, supply chain management, production management and quality management of manufacturing enterprises through the point of obtaining technology and patent, management experience, brand and reputation, and natural resource.And the paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of each feedback process.Through that, the paper finds that obtaining technology and patent, management experience and brand reputation from the merged enterprises have feedback effects on different aspects of production and operations management.However, it is not found that the feedback meehanism on the production and operations management of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from obtaining natural resource.
