区域经济社会发展评价实证研究述评

摘　　要：文章从市内之社区层面或街道层面、省内之市或县级层面、区域之省际层面或地级市层面、全国之省际层面或地级市层面等四个层面对区域经济社会发展评价实证研究进行综述,发现现有研究中普遍存在相关概念使用的随意性、评价指标体系的不规范性与低普适性、评价方法与实际应用的弱衔接性、以及研究视角与维度的单一性等问题,进而提出了后期值得加强研究的一些方向。The paper reviews the empirical research on regional economic and social development from the following aspects： community or street level of a city, city or county level of a province, province or city level in a big region, province or city level in the whole country. The result shows that some problems in the present researches, for example, arbitrary use about the related concepts, non-standardization and low universality about the evaluation index system, weak consistency between evaluation method and application, simplicity of the research angle or dimensions and so on. Some directions and problems for the fature research are discussed at the end.
