摘　　要：介绍使用Pro/E对注射模浇注系统设计时存在的问题,提出了注射模浇注系统智能化设计的解决方案,总结了浇注系统设计中的知识类型和处理方法,探讨了智能选择和自动装配等关键技术及其程序实现思路。使用Pro/Toolkit和Automation Gateway这2种开发工具在Pro/E中开发出浇注系统智能设计模块,利用此模块完成了一副注射模浇注系统的智能化设计。该模块的使用可提高注射模设计效率。The existing problems in Pro/E-based design of injection mould runner system were stated and a comprehensive solution for intelligent design of injection mould runner system was proposed.The knowledge type and processing method for design of runner system were summarized.The key technologies,intelligent selection and automatic assembly,and the ideas for implementing the process were investigated.An intelligent design module for runner system was developed by using Pro/Toolkit and Automation Gateway in Pro/E;and an intelligent design for an injection mould runner system was completed.
