摘　　要：分析了制冰机门内胆塑件的结构特点与成型工艺,介绍了制冰机门内胆吸塑模结构、设计要点与模具工作过程,对门内胆密封凹槽处脱模机构进行了重点介绍。实践证明,模具结构合理,动作可靠,塑件质量满足设计要求。The structure characteristic and forming process of a plastic inner——liner of an ice-maker door were analyzed.The structure,design points and work procedure of a vacuum forming mould for the shaping were presented,in particular the demolding mechanism for the sealing groove of the inner liner.
