摘　　要：美元处于国际货币体系的核心,美元战略是美国全球战略的重要支柱。由于美国自身的经济实力及美元的霸权地位,美国债务危机相当长时间内不会对其自身实力构成实质性威胁。不仅如此,美国正试图将自身的债务危机转变为其他国家的"美元陷阱"。中国是美债的最大持有国,需要谨防美债转嫁的风险,慎重作出相应的政策选择。The United States is at the core of the international monetary system, the United States dollar strategy is the important pillar of the global strategy. As a result of the United States of America ＂s own economic strength and US dollar hegemony, the United States of America＇s debt crisis for a long time will not on its own strength to pose a substantial threat. Not only that, United States is trying to change their debt crisis to other countries of the ＂dollar trap＂ China is the largest holders of American debt, need to beware of the United States debt transfer risk, careful make corresponding policy choice.
