摘  要:基于高浓度聚合物黏弹性动态力学模型,利用RS600型流变仪测定了不同稀释条件下的高质量浓度聚合物溶液和聚合物溶液母液的黏弹性,分析各因素对高浓度聚合物驱油效果的影响,改进油田用聚合物溶液配制方法,开展相关高浓度聚合物驱油岩心流动实验.结果表明,通过提高水质和配制浓度可获得较好驱油效果.段塞组合注入时,提高第1段塞注聚合物质量浓度可有效封堵大孔喉,保证第2段塞转向进入中小孔喉驱替剩余油.现场应用发现,采用低相对分子质量、高质量浓度聚合物驱油方式可降低开采成本,获得较高注采收益比;结合室内实验研究证实,某油田矿场试验采用相对分子质量为2.5×107、质量浓度为3 000 mg/L的聚合物溶液,注入后油井综合水质量分数由96%降至80%,单井日增油最高达2.8 t,累计增油24 068 t.High-concentration polymer flooding is a recently developed method for improving recovery of highly water-cut reservoir. In this paper, the mathematical models of dynamic mechanical experiments were derived. Based on it, the viscoelasticity of high-concentration polymer under different concentrations was measured, and the influence factors were studied. The solution preparation on site, after being improved and standardized, was introduced into laboratory tests. The corresponding flow experiments were carried out. The results show that increasing concentration of polymer and water quality had better effect on flooding. The first injection slug with a higher concentration had better effect on plugging big throats and diverting into mid-small throats for floodingresidual oil by second injection slug. Effects of filed application suggest that the low-molecular high-concentration injection slug can cut down production cost and gain high injection-production profit ratio. Filed tests show that composite water cut decreased from 96% to 80%, single well production increased to 2.8 t, and cumulative incremental oil rate was up to 24 068 t. This improved method indicates a marked effect on flooding production.
