单板U型场地滑雪项目评分规则的变化与训练对策研究

摘　　要：单板U型场地滑雪项目水平的提高不仅要改善比赛场地、器材、服装等条件,更要注重和适应这一项目规则导向的变化.通过比较分析法、理论分析法对单板U型场地滑雪项目的规则变化进行分析,从中得出,运动员的连续技术动作难度的连接是获得裁判高分的重要因素.在今后的训练中,教练员必须注重提高运动员动作连续难度的连接训练,更好地适应、及时了解规则的最新变化.To improve the level of halfpipe snowboarding is not only to make competition venues,instruments,clothing and some other things better,the snowboarders should pay more attention to the changes of the rules——the guideline of the sport and adapt to the changes.Use compared and theoretical analysis to study the changes of the rules and get a conclusion from the study that technical difficulty is the important element of getting high points in the competitions.In the future training,the coach should pay more attention to improve the linking trainings of tricks′continual difficulties,in order to adapt and know the latest changes of the rules.
