摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院开展导乐分娩的管理方法,进一步推动产科特色科室的发展。方法通过多种方式、多种渠道加大宣传力度,建立健全科室管理制度,合理配置人员,强化培训,加强环节质量控制,提供保障支持,优化环境,以孕产妇为中心,保护、支持和促进自然分娩。结果在有效实施以上措施,加强对导乐分娩的管理措施后,提高了产科服务水平,降低了剖宫产率,增加了社会、经济效益和产妇的分娩顺从性。结论导乐分娩是一种安全、有效、产妇痛苦少、顺从性高、值得推广的分娩模式。Objective To study the management methods of music-guided delivery and further promote the development of characteristic department.Methods Developing maternal-centered medical services to promote natural birth through aggrandizing propaganda,perfecting the management system,reasonably allocating employees,strengthening training,strengthening control of link quality,optimizing the environment.Results Based on management of music-guided delivery,services level was proved,cesarean section rate was decreased,social benefits and compliance were increased.Conclusion The music-guided delivery is a safe,effective,painless,high compliance delivery mode which is worthy to be popularized.
