摘 要:在对区间数运算规则、比较与排序方法的讨论的基础上,将MEOWA(MaximumEntropy Ordered Weighted Averaging)方法扩展到区间数的评价中,提出了基于IMEOWA(Interval MEOWA)的绩效测评方法。以最大熵修正权重向量,以可能度矩阵的排序向量进行区间数排序,再利用OWA算子进行集结。结合汽车制造企业的供应链管理实践,应用上述方法进行实例研究,针对绩效波动所产生的区间型时间绩效信息,根据2个时段的测评结果分析了企业的供应链运作状况,实现了JIT生产方式下对供应链时间绩效的有效监控。This research extends the MEOWA method to the interval number field,based on the discussion of the nature,the operational rules,and the comparison methods of interval number.An evaluation method was proposed based on interval MEOWA.The maximal entropy was used to modify the weights,and a method based on possibility matrix was proposed to acquire the priority weight vector,and then the OWA Operator was used to get the final performance information.And this method was applied in one of the automobile manufacturers.Two period' s data of its time performance were used to analyze the status of its supply chain's operation.The time performance of supply chain was given to effectively monitoring the performance of supply chain under the JIT production mode.
