摘 要:诸多标准已经允许对干式空心电抗器进行脉冲振荡匝间过电压试验.为了探讨其可实施性,本文对该脉冲振荡电路进行了分析和试验研究.由于要求快速重复对电容充电及通过球隙直接对电抗器放电,这个脉冲振荡电路与传统的冲击电压发生器不同.对电容充电可以采用半波整流电路实现;受空气电离影响,靠球隙自然放电的回路不能在电抗器上得到满足标准规定幅值的稳定试验电压.试验研究发现,由于相同电压下可控放电对应间隙比自然放电对应的间隙大,重复放电条件下,依靠触发可以控制球隙的工作状态,在电抗器上得到了幅值稳定的脉冲振荡电压.研究结果表明:为了保证干式空心电抗器匝间过电压试验的实施,采用可控放电技术是必要和可行的.Many standards have already permitted to do the impulse oscillator turn-to-turn over-voltage test for dry-type air-core reactors.In order to search the operational feasibility of the test,analyses and experiments on the impulse oscillator circuit are carried out in this paper.Because quickly and repeatedly charging a capacitor and directly discharging it though sphere gaps into the reactor is required,the impulse oscillator circuit is different from a traditional impulse voltage generator.Charging the capacitor can be performed by a half-wave rectifying circuit;the stabilized test voltage which is meeting the standard code value can not be applied on the reactor by the circuit with natural spark-discharge of sphere gaps because of the influence of aeroinization.It is found by experiments that the working state of sphere gaps is controllable by a trigger in the repeatedly discharge condition and the stabilized impulse oscillator voltage can be applied on the reactor due to the longer sphere gaps of controllable spark-discharge than that of natural spark-discharge in the same applied voltage.Research results indicate that the controllable spark-discharge technique is necessary and feasible to ensure the implementation of the turn-to-turn over-voltage test for dry-type air-core reactors.
