摘　　要：针对风洞中对飞机模型吹风试验中对所用电机的调速性和保护动作的可靠性、快速性要求,设计了一种以控制芯片MC33035为核心,由控制电路以及保护电路组成的高可靠性直流无刷电机调速装置,该装置运算速度快、精确度高、电机速度曲线变化平滑,具有完备可靠的过流、过压、短路、缺相、超速、电机过热、变频器过热等保护功能以及实现正反转切换、进行转速可控的能耗制动的功能,在实际运用和仿真中都达到了设计要求,取得了良好效果.For the requirement of reliability and rapidity of speed control and protection of the motor used in the aircraft model hair test in the wind tunnel,a highly reliable brushless DC motor speed control device is designed,which takes MC33035 control chip as the core,and is composed of control circuit and protection circuit.This device has the following features： fast operation speed,high precision,smooth motor speed curve,and complete and reliable protective functions to prevent over-current,over voltage,short circuit,phase,speeding,overheating of motors,overheating of converters,and in addition,it can achieve reversing switch and speed-controlled dynamic braking.The design meets requirements in both simulation and practice with good results.
