摘　　要：简略综述了国内外飞机起落架用材的发展历程,重点介绍了目前国内外广为应用的飞机起落架用材300M钢(4OCrNi2Si2MoVA).分析了各合金元素对300M钢材料机械性能的影响;介绍了300M钢材料的真空热处理方法及优越性;分析了300M钢的切削加工特点及切削加工工艺,重点介绍了车、铣、镗、磨加工工艺;概述了300M钢的国内外研究热点问题及取得的研究成果;指出了300M钢的切削加工研究方向.This article briefly reviews the developing course of the materials of aircraft landing gear both at home and abroad.Emphasis on 300M steel（4OCrNi2Si2MoVA） that was widely used at home and abroad.Analysis of the effect that various alloying elements was on the 300M steel material mechanical properties.The vacuum heat treatment methods and advantages of the 300M steel were introduced,emphasing the processing of vehicle,milling,boring and grinding.The hot issues at home and abroad and the research result of 300M steel was summarized,pointing out the cutting research direction of the 300M steel.
