摘 要:为了提高永磁力矩伺服电机的转矩性能,研究了气隙磁场波形对六相永磁力矩伺服电机转矩的影响。提出采用准梯形波气隙磁场提高气隙磁密基波幅值,增加电机转矩密度的方法。分析了准梯形波气隙磁场六相永磁力矩伺服电机能够实现高转矩密度和低转矩脉动的原因,给出准梯形波气隙磁场六相永磁力矩伺服电机的具体设计方法。在永磁材料用量和供电电流相同的条件下,仿真比较了准梯形波气隙磁场和正弦波气隙磁场的六相永磁力矩伺服电机的转矩性能。仿真结果表明:准梯形波气隙磁场的六相永磁力矩伺服电机具有较高的转矩品质。In order to improve the torque performance of permanent magnetic(PM) torque servo motor,the influence of the air-gap magnetic field to motor torque was researched.The method,which could improve the base wave amplitude of air-gap flux density and torque density by using quasi-trapezoidal air-gap magnetic field,was presented.The reason why quasi-trapezoidal air-gap magnetic field in six-phase PM torque servo motor could realize high torque density and low torque ripple was analyzed,and the concrete design method of six-phase PM torque servo motor with quasi-trapezoidal air-gap magnetic field was presented.The torque performance of six-phase PM torque servo motors,which the quantity of permanent magnetic material and amplitude of supplied current were all the same,was compared by simulation,when the motors with quasi-trapezoidal and sinusoidal air-gap magnetic field respectively.Finite analysis results indicate that the six-phase PM torque servo motor with quasi-trapezoidal air-gap magnetic field has better torque performance.
