“荷干花”含漱剂的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药"荷干花"含嗽剂对口腔及咽喉疾患的治疗效果,以减少或避免全身用药尤其是滥用抗生素带来的不良后果。方法:用"荷干花"含嗽剂对口腔及咽喉疾患特别是"意咽症"患者进行含漱治疗,以含为主,困而仰头漱之,漱后吐之。结果:对1 000例应用含漱剂的"意咽症"患者的临床资料进行应用分析,治愈662例,占66.2%,有效236例,占23.6%。结论:使用"荷干花"含漱剂不仅可达到消炎止痛、清咽爽口、止痒除臭、消肿止血、止咳化痰之功效,而且使用方便,价格低廉,无毒副作用,能起到事半功倍之效果。Objective：To study the effect of Chinese medicine ＂Lotus flower＂ gargle to patients with oral disorder and cough,to reduce or avoid systemic medication,especially the kickback of abuse antibiotics.Methods：The patients with oral disorder and cough especially ＂pharyngeal disorder＂ was cured by ＂Lotus flower＂ gargle,let gargle dominates,patients was tierd,gargle with face upward and spit.Results：The clinical data of one thousand patients with ＂pharyngeal disorder＂ was applied analyzed.662（66.2%） cases was recurred,236 cases（23.6%） was effective.Conclusion：＂Lotus flower＂ gargle can relieve pain and subdue inflammation,clear pharynx and fresh mouth,relieve itching and deodorization,eliminate swelling and stop bleeding,relieve cough and reduce phlegm,and it is convenient,cheap,no untoward effect,can play a large effect.
