大学生就业压力应对方式问卷的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生就业压力应对方式问卷在医学研究生中的信效度,为之后的进一步调查做准备。方法:选取山西医科大学研究生学院各年级学生共2 527名进行问卷调查。结果:总体问卷α系数为0.966,各个维度的内部一致性系数中科隆巴赫α系数最低者为寻求帮助,为0.786,最高的为正面认识,达到0.942;问卷前半部分α系数为0.925,后半部分α系数为0.946,Guttman分半系数为0.951;各条目与其维度总分的spearman相关系数均较高,而与其他维度总分的相关性则较低。验证性因子分析的路径图,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.055,χ2/df<3,CFI=0.92,NFI=0.90。结论:大学生就业压力问卷的信效度都较好,值得进一步修订与推广,可以用于之后准备进行的医学研究生就业压力应对方式的调查。Objective：To test the reliability and validity of the coping style questionnaire for undergraduates′ employment pressure in the postgraduate of medical school,preparation for the further investigation.Methods：Two thousands five hundreds and twenty-weven students of postgraduate institution in Shanxi Medical University were selected to paticipate in the investigation.Results：Overall questionnaire′s α coefficient is 0.966.The first part of questionnaire′s α coefficient is 0.925,the second half′s α coefficient is 0.946,Guttman split-half coefficient is 0.951.The spearman correlation coefficient between each entry and its′ dimension score were higher,while with the total score of other dimensions are lower.confirmatory factor analysis of the road map,RMSEA=0.055,CFI=0.92,NFI=0.90.Conclusion：The reliability and validity of coping style questionnaire for undergraduates′ employment pressure are satisfactory and can be used in the further survey.
