摘　　要：针对视频运动车辆检测技术在UTC-SCOOT系统中的应用进行了研究。在城市交叉口控制中使用视频摄像机代替传统的车辆检测器,用于城市道路交叉口的交通信号实时控制,取得了较好的控制效果。The article studies the application of video detection technology for moving vehicle in UTC- SCOOT System. Using video camera instead of the conventional vehicle detector in urban intersection to implement real-time control of traffic signal achieves good effect.
