摘　　要：沥青路面施工所用沥青混凝土成品料由沥青拌和楼生产。拌和楼拌和的成品料是否能满足设计配比,是保证沥青路面施工质量的关键因素。因此在沥青路面正式施工前,必须对拌和楼进行全系统调试。结合在实际工程中的实践经验,从沥青拌和楼的主要组成和工作原理入手,阐述沥青混合料拌和楼快速调试技术。Asphalt concrete which is used in asphalt pavement construction is produced by mixing plant. Whether finished material which is produced by mixing plant meet the design ratio is the key factor to guarantee construction quality of asphalt pavement. So it has to debug mixing plant in system-wide before asphalt pavement formally constructed. Combined with practical project experience, rapid debugging technique of asphalt mixing plant is illustrated starting from main components and working principle of asphalt mixing plant.
