心理护理对人工流产患者不良情绪的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对人工流产患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取妇产科门诊要求接受人工流产术而无禁忌证的孕妇240例,根据婚史随机分成实验组及对照组各120例。实验组进行常规护理的同时给予心理护理,对照组只进行常规护理。比较两组未婚和已婚患者人工流产综合征的发生率和心理护理效果。结果实验组未婚患者人工流产综合征和焦虑的发生率明显低于对照组未婚患者,差异有统计学意义。实验组已婚患者人工流产综合征的发生率低于对照组已婚患者,差异有统计学意义,焦虑的发生率和对照组已婚患者相比差异无统计学意义。结论心理护理可有效减轻患者的不良情绪,减少人工流产综合征的发生,尤其对于未婚患者来说意义更加重要。Objective To investigate mental nursing on harmful effects of patients after artificial abortion.Methods 240 cases were randomly divided into two groups by married that 120 in the test group and 120 in the control group,patients of control group only received conventional care,and patients of control group not only received conventional care,but also received mental nursing,to observe the incidence rate of induced abortion syndromic and the effect of mental nursing of unmarried and married.Results In the unmarried,the effect of the incidence rate of induced abortion syndromic and the effect of mental nursing of the the test group obviously lower than the control group（P0.05）,well in the married the incidence rate of induced abortion syndromic was lower than the control group（P0.05）,the compare of the effect of mental nursing have no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Mental nursing can lessen the harmful mood,grow downwards the incidence of induced abortion syndromic,for unmarried have important significance.
