摘　　要：云浮新港码头自投入营运来,随着码头业务快速增长,集装箱装卸作业中暴露出因企业员工的经验缺乏而引起装卸作业过程不协调、港口堆场管理混乱一些问题,针对云浮新港码头管理中所出现的问题,结合对港口的实地调研,优化该港口的装卸作业流程,对提高港口的装卸作业效率提出了相关建议。Put into operation since Yunfu to Newport Pier, with the rapid growth of terminal operations, container handling opera- tions in the experience of employees exposed by the lack of loading and unloading process caused by lack of coordination, confusion in the port yard management problems, Yunfu Newport for the management of the problems, field research with the port, optimization process of the port of loading and unloading, to improve the efficiency of the port of loading and unloading with recommendations.
