摘　　要：通过研究垂直挤压大口径厚壁无缝钢管的生产工艺,设计制造出中国最大的、乃至世界最大的首台套3.6万t垂直挤压机,且配套设计制造出包括1.5万t制坯压机、高压水除鳞装置和玻璃粉喷涂装置等设备,建立了一套采用垂直挤压方式生产大口径厚壁无缝钢管的生产线。Through researching manufacturing process of vertical extrusion large caliber thick wall seamless steel tube,the largest first set of 36 000 tons vertical extruder in China,even in the world was designed and made,and as well as the equipments including 15 000 tons bloom making extruder,high pressure water descaling device and glass powder spraying device,etc.were designed and made,and a production line was established which adopted vertical extrusion method to produce large caliber thick wall seamless steel tube.
