摘  要:通过设定不同液土比、浸提液来测定三亚地区农业土壤的pH值,以确定测定土壤pH值的最佳浸提液和液土比。试验结果表明,三亚地区比较适合以1 mol/L的氯化钾溶液作为土壤浸提液,不同液土比测定的pH值不同,随稀释倍数的增加pH值增加趋势明显,但差异并不显著,推荐三亚地区测定土壤pH值液土比为2.5∶1。The pH value of agricultural soil in Sanya district were determined in order to define the best ratio of solution to soil and extract liquid. The results showed that the pH value was different in various ratios of solution to soil and extract liquids, and the pH value was increased as the dilution multiple increased, but there were no significant differences. Taking 1 mol/L potassium chloride solution as extract liquid, with the solution to soil ratio of 2.5:1, was the best method to determine the pH value of agricultural soil in Sanya district.
