摘 要:管地电位为衡量管道是否得到足够阴极保护的重要评价指标,但在日常管理工作中,阴保站附近经常会出现管地电位过负的问题,这为管道的安全运行带来一定隐患。以秦皇岛首站附近管道为研究对象,采用对两条管道单独提供阴极保护的方法,研究阴保站附近管地电位过负的真正原因并提出相应的解决措施。此外,也对电位过负管段进行断电电位测量。结果表明:管道处于正常保护状态,日常测量中管地电位过负是受到阳极地床干扰所致。对于电位过负管段,所测试的管地电位只是一个表象,并不能代表真实的阴极保护电位,不能根据此数据判断防腐蚀层可能发生阴极剥离的可能性。The potential of pipelines is an important parameter for evaluation of whether the pipelines have been effectively protected by cathodic protection nor not. In daily operation, the pipeline nearby cathodic protection station exhibits "over protection," which will impose potential hazard for the safe operation of pipeline. With a case study of pipelines nearby initial Qinghaangdao station, the root causes of "over protection" of pipelines nearby cathodic protection station are studied through separate cathodic protection of two pipelines, and corresponding solutions are presented. In addition, the electric potential of " over protection" pipelines is measured by "off" electricity. The results show that the pipelines are properly protected, the " over protection" in daily measurement is the result from interference of anode beds. For " over protection" pipline, the potential measured is just a phenomenon and does not represent the real cathodic protection potential, and therefore, can not be used to decide whether the anti - corrosion insulation has been spalled or not.
