摘 要:为确立生产优质猕猴桃的叶片营养诊断时期,指导猕猴桃的科学施肥,试验以猕猴桃品种金农(Actinidia chinensis Planch.cv.Golden dragon)为试材,分析了湖北省农业科学院果树茶叶研究所猕猴桃园内猕猴桃植株的叶片矿质营养元素含量年变化动态及其与果实品质的关系。结果表明,在整个生长季中,叶片的N、K元素含量在8月前呈下降趋势,8月初逐渐回升,Ca元素含量的变化与之相反,Cu和Fe元素的含量总体呈下降趋势,B和Mn元素的含量总体呈上升趋势,Zn元素含量是升降交替性变化。K和Mn元素与果实的单果重正相关性显著,P、K、Zn元素与果实的可溶性固形物含量和维生素C含量负相关性显著,Mg、Ca、B元素与果实的可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量正相关性显著。叶片N元素的适宜诊断时期为7~9月,P、Ca和Cu元素的适宜诊断时期为10月,K、Mg和Zn元素的适宜诊断时期为7~8月,Mn元素的适宜诊断时期为9~10月,Cl元素的适宜诊断时期为7~10月,B元素的适宜诊断时期为8月,Fe元素的诊断在全年均可。In order to establish the nutrient diagnose period in leaves and guide rational fertilization of kiwifruit,the relationship between the fruit quality and the changing trend of mineral nutrients in leaves of Actinidia chinensis Planch.cv.Golden dragon were studied at kiwifruit orchard in Institute of Fruit and Tea,Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The results were as follows.In the whole growth season,the content of N and K was downtrend before August and increasing after August in leaves,the changing trend of Ca was on the contrary,Cu and Fe were downtrend,B and Mn were increasing,the change of Zn was alternatively increasing and decreasing.There was significant positive relativity between K,Mn in leaves and single fruit weight.There was significant negative relativity between P,K,Zn in leaves and soluble solids and the content of vitamin C.There was significant positive relativity between Mg,Ca,B and soluble solids,vitamin C.The suitable period of leaf nutrient diagnose of N was from July to September,P,Ca and Cu in October,K,Mg and Zn in July or August,Mn in September or October,Cl from July to October,B in August,Fe in the whole growth season.
