摘　　要：对影响中国养猪业均衡发展的综合原因进行了较全面的分析,揭示了造成生猪供求矛盾的主要成因是生产效率不高、生猪全程死亡率居高不下、配套措施滞后等方面。并针对存在的症结提出了应采取的治理策略,就是制定具有创意的中长远规划,稳扎稳打实现规划目标;创新调控机制,优化惠民政策;创新养殖模式,规避养猪风险;研究制定标准化养猪及猪病防控技术规范,实现产能与产值最大化;逐步建立市场准入制度,强化监管力度;健全信息网络和公共服务平台建设。The comprehensive factors on balanced development for pig industry in China were analyzed.It was revealed that the main causes which made contradictions between the supply and demand in pig were low production efficiency,high mortality in pig production and lagging related techniques etc.And it was also proposed that the useful management might involve making long-term planning of innovative and achieving objectives steadily,innovating control mechanism,optimizing farmer-benefited policy,innovating culture model to avoid the risk of pig raising;Studying and formulating technical specification for pig feeding and disease control to achieve maximum productivity and output,gradually increasing the thresholds to entry and strengthening supervision,improving information networks and public service platform.
