摘  要:以昆明种雄性小白鼠为试验对象,在室内用转基因杂交水稻Bt汕优63及其亲本普通杂交水稻汕优63的稻米配制小鼠人工饲料,分别进行喂饲,在喂饲不同时间后测定小白鼠体内的保护酶和解毒酶活性变化。结果表明,昆明种雄性小白鼠在取食转基因杂交水稻和普通杂交水稻配制的饲料后,小白鼠体内的4种保护酶(过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活性无显著差异(P>0.05);同时,昆明种雄性小白鼠取食转基因稻米配制的饲料后,乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性与取食普通稻米配制的饲料之间也无显著差异(P>0.05)。显示出转基因杂交水稻Bt汕优63配制的饲料对昆明种雄性小白鼠体内的保护酶和解毒酶无显著的影响,说明转基因水稻对昆明种雄性小白鼠的生理代谢无明显副作用。In this experiment,Kunming male mouse were fed with the diets of transgenic Bt rice cultivar 'Shanyou 63' and conventional rice cultivar 'Shanyou 63' respectively to study the effects of transgenic Bt rice on its enzyme activities.The activities of protective and detoxification enzymes of Kunming male mouse were detected at different times after feeding.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the activities of four protective enzymes,such as superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase and glutathione peroxidase,in the body of Kunming male mouse fed on artificial diet of transgenic Bt rice compared with conventional rice diet(P0.05).There were also no significant difference in the activities of detoxification enzymes,such as acetylcholine esterase and glutathione S-transferase(P0.05).It suggested that the artificial diet of transgenic Bt rice cultivar 'Shanyou 63' has no significant effect on activities of protective and detoxification enzymes of Kunming male mouse,which indicated that the transgenic Bt rice has no obvious negative effect on the physiological metabolism of Kunming male mouse.
