口蹄疫灭活疫苗对不同亚洲Ⅰ型病毒株的交叉保护效果

摘  要:分别用亚洲Ⅰ型Asia-1 KZ/03毒株和AsiaⅠ/JSL毒株按口蹄疫灭活疫苗相关生产规程配制口蹄疫O型、亚洲Ⅰ型二价灭活疫苗免疫动物,检测2种毒株的攻毒保护效果。结果显示,用Asia-1 KZ/03株病毒配制的口蹄疫O型、亚洲Ⅰ型二价灭活疫苗用同源病毒株攻击,保护效果可达7.05PD50/头份,用异源病毒株Asia1/JSL/GSZY/06攻击,保护效果可达7.19PD50/头份;用AsiaⅠ/JSL株病毒配制的口蹄疫O型、亚洲Ⅰ型二价灭活疫苗对江苏毒同源毒株Asia1/JSL/GSZY/06攻击,保护效果可达7.29 PD50/头份。说明,用Asia-1 KZ/03病毒株制备的疫苗对Asia1/JSL/GSZY/06病毒具有良好的交叉保护效果,可达到同源病毒株制备疫苗的免疫效果。To evaluate the relation of vaccine virus strain of Foot and Mouth Disease virus (FMDV) inactivated vaccine, a batch of FMDV inactivated vac, cine was compounded respectively with Asia-1 KZ / 03 strain and Asia I/JSL strain according to related regulations and immune animals. The results of challenge protection efficiency of the homologous virulent strain showed that Asia-1 KZ / 03 strain was 7.05 PD50 for the FMD Bivalent Inactivated Vaccine(Type O and Asial ,OHM/02 +Asia I KZ/03), and Asial / JSL/GSZY / 06 strain was 7.29 PDso for the FMD Bivalent Inactivated Vaccine (Type O and Asial ,OHM/02 +Asia I/ JSL); the FMD Bivalent Inactivated vaccine (Type O and Asial ,OHM/02 +Asia [ KZ/03) resistances to the hierology virulent strain of type Asial (Asial/JSL/GSZY/06 stain) was 7.19 PDso. With that, the vaccine preparation with Asia-I KZ / 03 virus strains against the Asial / JSUGSZY / 06 virus has a good crossprotection effect, can achieve cross homologous strains of the vaccine preparation immunity effect
