摘　　要：对自行研发的实验室条件下制备的牛O型口蹄疫AD10新型佐剂灭活苗进行了3个批次疫苗免疫持续期试验,同时设置现行常用的油佐剂灭活苗作为对照组。其评估方法为在首免后每间隔第15天采用液相阻断ELISA试剂盒检测血清中O型口蹄疫抗体水平,并选择在一定免疫时段进行攻毒保护试验以确认疫苗的免疫效果,真实评价牛O型口蹄疫AD10新型佐剂灭活苗免疫牛的免疫持续期和对口蹄疫的抗感染能力。试验结果表明,本次试验AD10佐剂免疫组与现行常用油佐剂组免疫抗体水平和免疫持续期大致相同,对幼畜的免疫程序应在首次免疫60d后进行第二次加强免疫,免疫效果可达到6个月的免疫持续期。Three batches of foot-and-mouth disease inactived vaccines type O with AD10 new adjuvants to cattles were produced and their immune durations were also evaluated in this study, and control group which is the foot-and-mouth disease inactived vaccines type O with oil adjuvants were setting. The evaluation method is that every 15 days after the first inoculation,collect serum,and the level of anti-FMDV in cattles serum was tested by liquid phase blocking ELISA （lpb-Elisa）. During inoculation time interval, all cattles was challenged with foot-and-mouth disease inaetived vaccines type O with oil adjuvants to authentic assessment immunity duration and anti-infection ability of the vaccines. The results showed that the levels of immune antibody and immunity duration of immunized group with ADI0 adjuvant vaccine and immunized group with oil adjuvant vaccine are approximately same. It was concluded that re immunization on the 60th day was the best immune procedure for FMD in young stock and immunity duration of vaccine is over 6 months.
