摘 要:利用葡萄糖酸对碱性白土进行有机改性,制得与水溶性高分子亲和力强的葡萄糖白土。采用单因素分析方法,考察了葡萄糖酸内酯用量、溶剂质量分数、反应时间和温度对产品有机物含量的影响,并对产品进行结构表征和应用探索。单因素分析结果表明:当原料碱性白土为5.0 g时,在葡萄糖酸内酯为3.0 g、溶剂乙醇质量分数为75%、其用量为100 mL、反应时间为2.5 h、温度为70℃时,产品有机物含量为38%。表征结果显示:产品保留了碱性白土的结构,其失水温度与葡萄糖酸钙相同,形貌为多层蒙脱石晶片组成的纳米片,厚度在100 nm以内。将该葡萄糖白土加入到聚乙烯醇薄膜中,薄膜的力学性能提高了近1倍。Gluconic clay possessing which has a good affinity with water-soluble polymers was prepared via organic modification of alkaline clay with gluconic acid. A single factor analysis was used and the influence of the amount of gluconolactone, solvent ,the reaction time, the temperature of reaction was studied. Furthermore the product had been characterized and used for exploration. The experimental results showed that 5.0 g of alkaline clay with 3.0 g gluconolactone, 100 mL ethanol which mass fraction was 75%, the reaction temperature was 70℃ and reaction time of 2.5 h, under these conditions, the organic degree of the product was 38%. The structure of alkaline clay almost retained as the original ones and the dehydration temperature of gluconie clay is similar to that of calcium gluconate. The product is composed of multilayer montmorillonite crystal pieces, and the thickness of slise was less than 100 nm. The experiment showed that through adding this organic acid bentonite into PVA film, the mechanical properties of blending film was nearly doubled.
