摘　　要：分析诸葛亮的心理传记,发现影响诸葛亮成才以及人格形成的因素主要包括以下几个方面:家世与遗传为其成才提供了前提;战乱中的流徙生活极大地影响了他人生奋斗的方向;自我同一性危机为其人生提供了奋斗的动力基础;人际际遇使得具体的人生梦想得以形成;个人的奋进与历练是其成才的根本。Based on historical facts and taking the case study of Zhuge Liang with psychobiographial analyses,we found some of the main aspects which affected the formation of Zhuge Liang＇s personality：Genetic factor and family background provided a basis for his growth;Vagrant life in wartime seriously influenced the direction of his effort;Identity crisis was the dynamitic foundation of his effort in life;Chance encounter made his life dream realized;Personal experience and endeavor was the root of his development.
