天然洗涤用凝胶的配制及性能测定

摘　　要：目的选取天然植物提取物作为原料,制备了一种纯天然的洗涤凝胶,并对其进行性能测定。方法 50℃下配制纯天然洗涤凝胶,通过正交试验确定最优的原料配比,并对其去污力和泡沫性能进行测定。结果主要原料配比m(茶渣提取物)∶m(豆渣提取物)∶m(芦荟多糖)=11∶3∶18。结论所得纯天然洗涤凝胶绿色环保,稳定性好,去污力强,具有广阔的发展前景。OBJECTIVE Natural plant extracts were selected as raw material to prepare a pure natural detergent,and then its performance was measured.METHODS The pure natural detergent was prepared under 50℃,and the optimal proportion of raw materials was determined through orthogonal test.The decontamination capability and foam property of the detergent was then determined.RESULTS Main raw materials proportion m（tealeaf）∶m（soybean dregs extract）∶m（aloe polysaccharides）=11∶3∶18.CONCLUSION The prepared natural detergent has a green,good stability and strong decontamination capability which shows widely prospect.
