摘　　要：目的建立利福霉素钠中钠的含量测定方法。方法样品微波消解处理后,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中钠的含量。结果钠在0.1～0.5mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9990;回收率在101.23%～104.27%,RSD为1.0%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确;能很好地用于利福霉素钠中钠的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine sodium in rifamycin sodium for injection.METHODS The sample was handled by Microwave Digestion System,the content of sodium in the samples was determinated by FAAS.RESULTS The good linear relation was determined as 0.1～0.5mg·L-1 in sodium by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0.9990.The average recovery rate was 101.23%～104.27%;The relative standard deviation was 1.0%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for quality control of sodium in rifamycin sodium for injection.
