摘　　要：目的建立复方降压胶囊中利血平的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%乙酸铵溶液(46∶54)为流动相,流速1.0mL.mL-1。检测波长为268nm。结果利血平在0.3008～15.04μg.mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。线性方程:y=82732x+559.43,R=1.0000。加样回收率为99.13%,RSD 0.26%(n=9)。结论该方法重复性好,结果准确,可用于复方降压胶囊中利血平的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the reserpine in compound Bendazoland Hydrocholrothiazide capsules assay method by HPLC.METHODS The Phenomenex Luna C18（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% ammonium acetate solution（46∶54）,the detection wavelength was 268nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·mL-1.RESULTS The linear range was 0.3008～15.04μg·mL-1 for reserpine,r=1.0000,the average recovery was 99.13% with RSD 0.26%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The method is accurate and repeatable,it can be used for quality control of reserpine.
