曲安奈德益康唑乳膏(派瑞松)治疗体股癣54例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察曲安奈德益康唑乳膏(派瑞松)在治疗体股癣中的疗效。方法将104例体股癣患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组外用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,1日2次,疗程2周;对照组外用酮康唑乳膏,1日2次,疗程2周。每周复诊1次,观察临床皮损表现、起效时间、瘙痒缓解时间以及不良反应。停药后1周进行临床疗效评判。结果试验组与对照组有效率经χ2检验,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗体股癣起效快,临床疗效优于酮康唑乳膏,且安全,几乎无毒副作用,因此是治疗体股癣的一种疗效高、安全性好的药物。OBJECTIVE Observe Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream（Pevisone） curative effect in treating tinea cruris of body.METHODS Divide the patient of tinea cruris of 104 cases of body into the experimental group and control group at random.Experimental group Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream for external use,2 times per day,the course of treatment is 2 weeks;Control group Ketoconazole Cream for external use,2 times per day,the course of treatment is 2 weeks.Once of subsequent visit every week,observe the clinical peel and decrease and display,get up for time of result,Se and itch and relieve time and bad reaction.Carried on clinical curative effect to judge in one week after medicines stopped.RESULTS Experimental groups and control groups are efficient and is examined by χ2,there are statistics meanings in two groups of efficient comparative differences（P0.05）,the curative effect of experimental group is obviously superior to the control group.CONCLUSION Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream treats tinea cruris of body the result arises fast,clinical curative effect is superior to ketone health thiazole cream,and safe,nearly nonpoisonous side effect,so is a medicine with high curative effect,with good security to treat tinea cruris of body.
