摘 要:虹彩病毒科蛙病毒属的蛙病毒是两栖动物最重要的病原之一,国内在北方地区少有研究。将前期在调查中获得的2个东北林蛙蛙病毒阳性样本进行特异性分子生物学鉴定、克隆和测序,并与已知的欧美、澳大利亚等国的序列进行比对,进行系统发育分析,结果发现这2株蛙病毒与欧洲和澳大利亚的序列亲缘性比较远,而与蛙病毒属代表株美国的FV3亲缘性比较近,鉴定为蛙病毒FV3。The ranavirus in genus of ranavirus,iridoviridea is an important etiological agent for the amphibian.There are few researches in the northern part of China.Two positive samples of ranavirus from Rana dybowskii obtained in investigation were supplied for identification by specific molecular biological methods,including cloning and sequencing.After sequences alignment and phylogenetic analysis with the sequences of strains from Europe,America and Australia,the results revealed a distant relative relationship among the two strains of ranavirus and sequences of Europe and Australia,and a close relation to Frog virus 3 of America,the representative of genus of ranavirus.Therefore they were identified as Frog virus 3.
