摘 要:为了研究混合装药结构对内弹道性能的影响,以某舰炮为工程背景,提出内弹道多目标优化设计方案,研究了目标函数、设计变量及约束条件。采用ε-约束法对次要目标函数进行简化处理,利用当前流行的进化算法—遗传算法进行优化计算,并针对内弹道数学模型特性,对算法进行改进。最后,通过进化计算得到的优化方案为一组非劣解集,同时验证了该改进遗传算法在内弹道多目标优化中的应用是正确有效的,可为后续相关课题的研究提供借鉴。For researching the effect of the mixed-charge structure on interior ballistic performance,the naval gun with granular propellant and tubular propellant was set as the background.A multi-objective optimization of the interior ballistic charging design was presented.The objective function,design variables and constraint condition were investigated.The ε-constraint method was used to simplify this multi-objective optimization problem.Currently popular evolution algorithm—genetic algorithm(GA)was used to the optimization problem,and according to the characters of interior ballistic model,the algorithm was improved.From the simulation,a set of Pareto optimal solutions were obtained,as well as the study results show that the improved genetic algorithm is an effective method for multi-objective optimization problems of interior ballistic,and it has potential in the design of interior ballistics of gun.
