摘　　要：本文通过对高校图书馆中存在的拒借现象进行分析,剖析了产生拒借现象的几点客观因素,从而提出了降低高校图书馆拒借率,提高文献利用率,提高读者满意度的几条可行之法。From the analysis of the phenomenon of lending deny existing in the university library, the paper analyzed the phenomenon of refusal by several objective factors, thus put forward to several feasible methods to reduce the University Library Lend - deny rate, improve the utilization ratio of literature, and the reader satisfaction.
