摘　　要：本文结合本馆实际,阐述了如何做好地方连续出版物的收集与开发利用工作,充分发挥其在地方文献资源建设中的重要作用。Combining with the library actual situation, the paper elaborated how to do well in local serials collection, development and utilization, and to give full play to its important role in construction of local literature resource.
