摘 要:为了降低传统的活性炭吸附油气的热效应,在吸附塔中引入泡沫金属材料。将活性炭粉末填入泡沫金属中制成复合吸附材料,再用它来填充吸附塔。理论计算得到该复合吸附材料的导热系数为11.72 W/(m.K),远远高于活性炭本身的导热系数(0.185W/(m.K));在水浴和空气环境中进行的吸附汽油蒸气实验证明,复合吸附材料对吸附热有一定的降低作用。该复合吸附材料有较好的导热性能,而且在降低吸附温度的同时,相应地也可以适当提高活性炭的有效吸附容量。In order to reduce the obvious heating effect in activated carbon adsorption for gasoline vapor,a foamed metal was brought into the adsorption tower.The foamed metal was firstly filled with activated carbon powder to form a composite adsorption material,and then filled into the adsorption tower.By theoretical calculation,the heat conduction coefficient of the composite material is 11.72 W/(m·K),which is much higher than that of activated carbon(0.185 W/(m·K)).The adsorption experiments eizther in the atmosphere or in a constant temperature water bath showed that the composite adsorption material performed well in reducing heating effect.The composite adsorption material has good heat-conducting properties,and while reducing the adsorption temperature it also accordingly improved effective adsorption capacity of activated carbon appropriately.
