摘　　要：文章详细叙述了以ML08Al钢种为代表的低硅高铝钢的特点及生产难点,以及对此采取的措施。通过实践解决了生产中出现的问题,成功地将圆坯铸机兼容生产150 mm×150 mm小方坯的低硅高铝钢纳入正常生产工艺流程,为包钢公司调整产品结构,降本增效做出了巨大贡献。In the paper,it is elaborated the characteristics and production difficulties of low Si high Al steels such as ML08Al in details as well as the measures taken.The problems during productions are solved through practices so that the production of 150 mm×150 mm low Si high Al steel billets with chamber machine of round billets is made into normal production process flow,which greatly contributes for adjusting product mix as well as reducing costs and increasing efficiencies.
