摘　　要：文章对油井管螺纹加工质量缺陷类型进行分析,找出影响油井管螺纹加工质量缺陷的原因,通过加强原料直度控制、保证工件卡紧中心、补偿机床定位误差、调整车丝程序坐标点等方法,避免螺纹加工质量缺陷的发生。In the paper,the types of mass defects of thread machining for oil well pipes are analyzed and the causes are found out.They could be avoided with the methods such as enhancing control of straightness for raw materials,ensuring centers of workpieces to clamp,compensating positioning errors of machine tools and adjusting coordinate points in thread machining.
