摘　　要：文章利用有限元软件对矩形坯和异形坯在BD1开坯轧制HN450型钢进行了模拟,分析和研究了矩形坯和异形坯开坯轧制H型钢的金属流动、应力、应变,并得出了结论,对包钢轨梁厂旧线改造大H型钢生产具有一定的指导意义。In this article,the process of rectangular blooms and deformed blanks break-down rolled to HN450 section steels at BD1 is simulated with the finite-element softwares.The metal flow,stress and strain are analyzed and studied.The results could be as guidance for producing large H section steels after transform the old production line in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel.
