摘　　要：通过对热轧机组电气工作特性的分析以及TCR型SVC控制原理的介绍,有针对性地提出了解决配电网无功冲击和谐波污染的治理方案,详细描述了SVC装置在西部金属材料热轧生产线上的方案设计。In the paper,the solutions for reactive impact and harmonic wave pollutions of distribution network are proposed through analyzing the performance characteristics of electric for hot-rolling unit and introducing the control principles of TCR-type SVC.Moreover,the schematic design of SVC device in western hot-rolling production line of metallic materials is described in detail.
