摘 要:应用盆栽土培方法,研究了1年生互叶白千层实生苗在水分胁迫下生长及生理指标的变化.研究结果表明,在土壤水分处于亏缺状态时,相对茎生长、高生长、生物量增量、叶绿素含量、根系活力随着土壤水分含量的下降而下降,但根冠比呈上升趋势;在渍水状态时生长和生理指标都处于较高水平,表明互叶白千层具有较强的耐水能力.One year old seedlings of Melaleuca leucadendron were grown in a pot under greenhouse conditions with varying soil water levels to study the effects of soil water contents on growth and physiological indexes.ive soil water levels of field capacity were employed,and the time of treatment was 100 days.The results were as follows: while water was deficient,the relative stem growth,high growth,biomass increment,chlorophyll content,root activity decreased with soil water content decreased,but the shoot ratio increased.Growth and physiological indexes were at a high level under waterlogging,indicating that Melaleuca leucadendron has quite strong waterlogging resistant capacity.
