安徽省属高校实施《国家学生体质健康标准》的研究——以滁州学院为例

摘　　要：通过对滁州学院实施《国家学生体质健康标准》中的人和物的研究,以学生体质健康标准的实施情况为依据,根据研究目的采用了文献资料、访谈、专家咨询等研究方法,并结合实际对研究进行了相应的分析.研究结果表明:滁州学院在组织实施《国家学生体质健康标准》过程中存在一系列问题:组织管理工作不到位,宣传方式不合理,测试仪器存在质量问题,测试动作的标准化无法控制,测试结果缺乏分析,电子测试仪器的性能以及耐用性、精确性和设计方面还存在着较多缺陷.正因为如此,滁州学院在实施《国家学生体质健康标准》的过程中难以达到规范性的操作.为此,本文通过对以上出现问题的分析,提出了进一步改进的措施,旨在为安徽地区部分高校实施《国家学生体质健康标准》提供参考依据.The study adopts the literature,surveys,expert advice and other research methods,investigates the implementation situation of the ＂National Physical Health Standards for College Students＂ in Chuzhou College.The results show that there exit many problems in the implementation： improper organization and management,publicity inadequate,questionable quality of test equipments,uncontrollable standardized testing movement,lack of testing result analysis,flawed electronic test equipment in their performance durability,accuracy and design.Because of this,Chuzhou College fails to achieve standardization in the implementation of ＂National Physical Health Standards for College Students＂.Therefore,this paper aims to provide reference for further improve the implementation situation of the ＂National Physical Health Standards for College Students＂ in some other universities in Anhui.
