摘  要:目的:探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗对急性肾损伤患者的循环内皮细胞及TLR4的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪技术,检测急性肾损伤(AKI)患者连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)前后循环内皮细胞(CECs)及TLR4水平的变化。结果:急性肾损伤患者的循环内皮细胞和TLR4的表达均高于正常对照组,而合并重症感染的患者表达更高,经连续性肾脏替代治疗后,表达有所下降但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:连续性肾脏替代治疗急性肾损伤是通过清除内毒素,降低循环内皮细胞和TLR4的表达,减轻患者体内的炎性反应,改善紊乱的内环境,从而提高了抢救的成功率,为后续治疗争取了宝贵时间。Objective To investigate the impact of continuous renal therapy to circulating endothelial cells and TLR4 of patients with acute renal injury.Methods Detected the changes of circulating endothelial cells(CECs) and TLR4 before and after continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) on patients with acute kidney injury(AKI) by the flow cytometry.Results The expression of peripheral blood circulating endothelial cells and TLR4 in the patients with acute kidney injury was higher than which was in the control group,while combined severe infections had the highest the expression,the CECs and TLR4 decreased when treated by continuous renal therapy,but still higher than the normal group(P0.05).Conclusion Continuous renal therapy is eliminating endotoxin to reduce the expression of peripheral blood circulating endotoxin and TLR4 in the body,and reduce the body's inflammatory response of patients to improve the disorder within the environment,and improve the success rate of rescue for the follow-up treatment for the valuable time.
